Due to excessive damage by carriers, particularly UPS, you should always double box each speaker that is to be shipped. The speaker should be placed in a box that fits tightly around the speaker. The speaker should be snug in the box and not have any movement at all.
That box should be placed in a larger box that is at least 2" larger on all 6 sides of the smaller box. You should use peanuts or other packing material between the inner box and the outer box. If we receive a damaged speaker, we will not
be able to work on it until you have resolved the damage claim with the carrier. We will provide pictures and other information as required for your claim if necessary.
We do not recommend using UPS under any circumstance.
