Ted Weber Speakers are built with tighter, more concentric voice coil gaps, and lower carbon, machined steel parts in the magnet circuits which yield a stronger, more controlled tone at all volumes, particularly in the low end at high volumes.

Ted Weber Speakers are hand-built to order, to ensure the best attention to detail is paid to your speaker.  We build them one at a time, on a table – not hundreds at a time on an assembly line.  This allows us to reduce the margin for error and produce an overall higher-quality speaker.  Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be built and then shipped.

I installed two of these in my modified Fender Vibrolux. They really sounded awesome right out of the box but down the road a little over 12 months, they just keep getting better. I use pedals for dirt and wanted her to be spankin’ clean at higher volumes so I went with 50 watts, light dope and standard dust caps – love that headroom and these Webers just keep on giving!

Upon recommendation I bought this speaker for my princeton reverb reissue. With this speaker the amp sounds very full and responsive. This company knows what they are doing.

I needed to replace the speakers in my Vintage 65 Fender Tremolux. I researched all the brands and models before deciding on Weber’s. I am so glad I choose Weber Speakers!

I contacted Weber and asked for advise on possible models based on the styles of music I play. I promptly received an Email from CJ and was given some options. I took CJ’s Suggestion and went with 2 different speakers a 10A125 and a 10F150. I received them in 10 days and installed them. They really brought the amp back to life. The 2 different speaker voicing’s really complement each other without overpowering the other. Perfect blend!

I must say the level of customer service from this company is almost non-existent in the business today. Weber is an outstanding company with customer focused business model. They want you to be happy beyond the sale.

I own amps with speakers from other companies and I will choose Weber first from now on.

I chose the 25w light Dope 8ohm set up. It blew me away! The treble was cooled off just a bit and the bass was much tighter which is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve tried a Green Back and it changed the sound too much. The Weber retained the American sound and made it sweeter. The recommendation was spot on. Thanks for the great speaker.

This speaker is super clear, bright and perfect for old school tube tone and a good set of single coils. Thats my preference. If you want to brighten up sound this speaker will do it and deliver on the bottom end as well. Humbuckers work great too, very bassy with humbuckers and a real bright top end. I love this speaker. But I love all Weber Speakers, I have 5 of them and play through them all happily.

Before I review this speaker, I want to give a heartfelt shoutout to CJ who has been my "speakers" mentor after Ted Weber passed away. Over the past 11 years I have bought and happily enjoyed many Weber speakers in multiple cabinets. My first Weber was a 10A125 – a recommendation from the man – Ted Weber – himself for my Fender Pro Junior. I have preserved his emails with care!

I have a 4×10 Avatar cabinet in which I have installed two 10F150 50w 8 ohm light dope + two 10F150T 50w 8 ohm light dope. Its wired in multi-jack mode. This 4×10 cabinet is used primarily with my custom 5F6A (1959 tweed bassman circuit) amplifier. I use either the 2 ohm or 8 ohm output impedance fro the amp. I prefer the 8 ohm impedance. I have a 12AY7 in the V1 position inside my 5F6A.

The sound through the 4X10s is vibrant. You stand six feet in front of the speakers and you can feel them breathing a square wall of air on you while sounding beautifully resilient and bold. These speakers will hold their own clean sound and break up very moderately at 6+ volume level (Normal or Bright). There are several ways I get saturation/drive if I need. [1] Weber Mass 100 Attenuator gives me that saturated drive sound (think of the opening chords of Last Dance with Mary Jane) [2] I use a Archer (Silver) + Shin Juku Drive to get that EC & Cream guitar sounds. Sounds really full and powerful through these four speakers.
