We are currently behind on our normal time frames of production on Attenuators and Z-Matchers.
As soon as we build and ship our backlog, we will re-activate these units on our website.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. As always, we strive to take care of our customers in a timely manner!

  • Channel Switch board, kit. Please note that this board requires that the two switch lines be isolated from ground through the use of a tip-ring (stereo) 1/4" jack.

These are 2" by 2-1/2" channel switching boards that may be installed in an amp. This is meant for switching speakers, internal attenuators, or other higher power uses, as well as traditional low level channel switching. Each board has two SPDT switches (DPDT relay, 2 sets of SPDT relay contacts). The board operates from the 6.3VAC filament supply and is isolated from ground. A tip ring jack is used for the control signal, and the relay switches when the tip and ring are shorted together. Both the tip and the ring must be isolated from ground in amps where the filament winding has a grounded centertap.

Please Note: This is a circuit that you install in your amp. You must have an understanding of electronics, circuit signal flow, and most importantly of all, an idea of what you want to do with it. Some have suggested that the name channel switch implies that it simply connects to the two input jacks on the amp and nothing else is required. Implementation of this product requires tapping into a power source in the amp as well as connecting into a signal path.
